Dr. Abhideep Chaudhary

Dr. Abhideep Chaudhary is one of the most accomplished Surgical Gastroenterologist and Liver Transplantation surgeon in India. He has a rich experience of more than 18 years. Dr. Chaudhary and team has performed 1500+ Liver Transplants including Living Donor Liver Transplant,  Cadaver Donor Liver Transplant,  Swap Transplant, and Split Liver Transplant. Other than liver transplant, his areas of interest includes liver, pancreas and biliary diseases and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic surgery).

He has been associated with several prestigious medical institutions including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, and Jaypee Hospital, to name a few. Dr. Chaudhary has also served as a Chief Clinical Fellow/Senior Administrative Fellow (Transplant Surgery) and Multiorgan Transplant Surgery Fellow at the world's most renowned transplant centre - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, USA, which is famously considered as "Mecca" of Liver Transplantation.

Dr. Abhideep Chaudhary has successfully conducted rare Liver Transplant procedures such as Hyper-reduced Liver Graft for small babies, Dual Lobe Liver Transplants, Simultaneous Liver Kidney Transplants, Living Donor Transplant with Cava Replacement, and many more.

He has over 50 publications in reputed journals and several book chapters. He is the founding member of Liver Transplant Society of India. Dr. Abhideep Chaudhary is also an active member of many medical organizations, including the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, Indian Medical Association, and International Liver Transplant Society.
