Dr. Akram Jawed

Dr Akram jawed after completing his basic medical education, was selected for post graduation in Orthopedics ( M.S.) in AIIMS New Delhi, & where he worked for 6 years & developed keen interest in the field of upper limb surgery. He is since then practicing upper limb surgery including Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand surgery. He has published many scientific articles and has delivered lectures as guest faculty in national level seminars and conferences. He is also an accomplished joint reconstruction (replacement) surgeon particularly of the upper limb. He has participated in over 200 upper limb joint replacement surgeries. He has been working in Medanta Hand & Upper Extremity Unit as Consultant for past 2 years. His endeavor is to excel in the field of minimal access (keyhole) surgery of upper limb joint like Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist Arthroscopy. He is an astute clinician and dedicated surgeon who want to deliver best care in his field.
