Dr. P K Das

Presently working as Senior Consultant Medical Oncologist, Haemato- Oncologist and Academic Coordinator, Dept of medical oncology at Apollo Cancer Institute, New Delhi. After training from AIIMS, New Delhi, Dr. P.K. Das has been working at Apollo Hospital, Delhi for the past 13 years & incharge of Medical Oncology unit I. DNB in medical oncology training programme has been started since 2010 & Dr. P.K.Das is working as academic coordinator of the department. He had the pleasure to workwith Professor Suresh H. Advani for the past 9 years here at Apollo Hospital & incharge of his unit at Apollo Cancer institute, New Delhi.. We have our daily Tumor board, where all our new Cancer cases are being discussed & the treatment Planning is made. All our patients are treated according to protocols currently offering the best treatment outcomes anywhere in the centres of excellence in the world and we match with their outcome. Our treatment is cost effective with very low treatment related mortality. We have set up a state of art BMT unit at our centre and regularly performing Allogenic and Autologus bone marrow transplants. Presently working as honorary Medical advisor to many national & multinational Pharmaceutical Companies. Dr. P.K.Das also being invited regularly as faculty/ chairperson/ speaker for wide variety of Platforms in the country and abroad. He has published many papers in the leading national and international oncology journals. As a Principal investigator, he is conducting several chemotherapeutic drug trials for the past ten years.
