Dr. Shina Menon

Dr Shina Menon is a Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. She graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and finished her training in Pediatrics from the same institution and associated LokNayak Hospital. After completion of training here, she worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences in the Department of Pediatric Nephrology. She has done MD Pediatrics and a Fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology from the Children?s Hospital of Michigan, Wayne State University, Detroit . She has also done another fellowship in Acute Care Nephrology and Dialysis at Cincinnati Children?s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati before returning to India. She has been involved in the care of children with complex renal disorders, including nephrotic syndrome, tubular disorders, urinary tract infections, reflux nephropathy, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, dialysis and renal transplantation. She also has extensive experience in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Plasmapheresis.
