About Contraceptive Implant

Contraceptive implants are a way of preventing pregnancy in women. There are hugely effective and last up to three years. Contraceptive implants are delicate, narrow, tube like structures implanted close under the skin. They release hormones that prevent the cervix from being 'open' to sperms. As a result, fertilization cannot occur. They also lessen and prevent menstrual flow in most women, which makes them even more feasible.
