About Snoring Surgery

Surgery for snoring is usually not prescribed, however in some instances your doctor might ask you to undergo the surgery. In a snoring surgery some of the soft tissue is removed from the throat to widen the gap for the air to pass. This can also be accompanied by removal of tonsils and adenoids or reconstruction of septum. It requires lesser hospitalization time and a few weeks to heal and recover from the surgery.
