Bladder Neck Incision (BNI) is a procedure used to help men that are experiencing problems with urination, usually due to inflammation or excess tissue that is preventing urine from passing quickly from the bladder into the urethra and then out of the body. In this surgery, the doctor will make incisions in the bladder neck to allow for increased room for the urine to flow.
