About Cabrol Procedure

The Cabrol procedure is a variation of the Bentall procedure (often used to treat aortic disease). This procedure uses a composite graft and an interposition graft. The composite graft replaces the ascending aorta and aortic valve. The interposition graft serves as the reimplantation site for the coronary arteries. The two grafts are then surgically connected.
