About Wrist Instability

Wrist instability, also known as carpal instability, is a condition in which one of the ligaments of the wrist is damaged, leading to abnormal movement of the wrist. Wrist instability treatment includes immobilization, physical therapy, and in some cases, wrist surgery to diagnose/repair damaged ligaments in the wrist.
