Dr. Meenu Walia

Dr. Meenu Walia is an established name in the field of Medical Oncology and Cancer Care. She specializes in treatments for Breast Cancer, Gynaecologic Oncology, and Thoracic Oncology. Currently serving as the Senior Director at the Department of Medical Oncology, Max hospital, Parparganj, Dr. Walia has worked and trained in some of the best hospitals across the country. She completed her MBBS and MS from Maulana Azad Medical College and Delhi University, respectively. Adding another feather to her cap, she became the first DNB Medical Oncologist in India in 2005.

With more than 15 years of experience to her credit, Dr.Meenu Walia acts as a Clinical Research and Principal Investigator for various randomized Multi-centric International Clinical research trials. Her work has found its place in reputed national and international journals.

After obtaining expertise and skill in her field, she authored a book, "Tips for Happiness in the Shadow of Cancer," that was published in multiple languages. She is also an active member of various medical forums and has been duly recognized and awarded for her work in Medical Oncology.
