Dr. Sharma presently working as Senior Consultant Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement Surgeon at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi (the first JCI accredited hospital in India) since 1998. Formerly he was associated with All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi as senior faculty member (1992-1998). He has performed over 5000 primary & revision Total Knee Replacement Surgeries, Unicondylar Knee arthroplasty, Total Hip Replacement and Surface Replacements of hip (BHR). He has been a keen user of mobile bearing Total Knee Implants.
